In this session, you will learn about ways to ramp up projects and find ways to make them more authentic. While this may seem like a daunting shift, students will be empowered and find a new meaning in their learning.
Opportunities for authentic assessment are all around us if we look for them. A few recent examples we have used include, the family heirloom genealogy project, the new high school project, ""1491"" Life before Columbus project, the school food policy project, and the voter registration project.
