What can administrators do when they have student(s) who are struggling with gender identification? Creating a gender-inclusive school is a must for today's schools. This workshop will share "One School's Journey" about how a fifth grade student socially transitioned in school. Discussion will include steps the school took to provide education for parents, teachers, and students. This workshop will also include ways that a school can begin to create a gender-inclusive school today!
